Team Tracey

I was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in 2016 at the age of 44. The biggest challenges I faced were feeling tired and just not like myself.

My journey has helped me to look at life a little differently. I no longer stress about things. Basically, don’t Sweat the Small Stuff. This took about 3 years to accomplish though. The first 3 years I went through many different emotions and then back again. I am now 48 years old and trying to be happy every single day.

I was inspired to join Light The Night because it makes me feel a sense of community and being supported by my family and friends! I’ve been walking for a few years now under Team Tracey.

Light The Night truly brings people together and helps them feel like they are not alone.
