Rob Zeidel

Canada
Rob Zeidel was born and raised in Montreal in a very tight knit family with his parents and older brother. Rob was always drawn to business and loved the principles of capitalism, which drew him into investment banking after graduating from McGill. Over time, it became clear that “advising” businesses, as opposed to actually “executing the strategy”, was not aligned with his passion, at which point he pivoted to the world of retail, and has never looked back.
After spending time at Holt Renfrew, Joe Fresh and Pro Hockey Life, Rob is now in a leadership role at Moose Knuckles, a rapidly growing manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of luxury outerwear, sportswear and accessories.
While Rob commits lots of time to his work, he is happiest while spending time with his family, including his wife and three children.
Rob is partnering with his co-chair and the rest of the Light The Night team to raise $1M for LLSC through this campaign alone. The cause is incredibly personal to Rob, and the advances in medicine to successfully treat blood cancers has furthered his resolve to raise as much money as possible, so that all individuals and families afflicted by this disease will have a reason to maintain hope and optimism about a bright future ahead.
