Frank McCrea, President and CEO of Procom, founded the company in 1978 growing it to become the leading IT staffing services company in the country and one of Canada’s largest 500 corporations, according to Financial Post.
Mr. McCrea has been actively engaged in the Information Technology and Communication (ITC) sector over the past 50 years, including his role as founder of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) as well as President of the Association of Professional Computer Consultants (APCC).
Within the ITC community, Procom has been recognized by the Branham Group as the largest IT staffing firm in Canada and is a platinum member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies having received this designation for 11 years in a row. Since 2016, Procom has consistently won Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for providing superior service to their clients and job seekers.
Frank is also a grandfather to Minimosa who lost her fight with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia this past December. This is Frank’s 2nd year as LTN Toronto’s Co-Chair and his unwavering commitment is fueled by one goal, to find a cure for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and to change the outcomes for children who are touched by blood cancer.
